Stacey Lucas, owner of Fig Tree Art Gallery in Ashland, and her friend Sue Smith, who owns Cottage Place, itself a vintage resort on Route 3 in Holderness, developed the idea for a semi-annual market place and it was well-received by both vendors and antique-lovers alike.
