We offer casual elegance on the shoreline of Little Squam Lake. Our many cottage gardens and gorgeous view of Evans Cove provide an excellent background for your ceremony and quiet style reception.
Our property is ideal for celebrations that are under 100 guests – we have a sleeping capacity of 82 people in a variety of different size cottages and cottage suites. We can rent a tent for an excellent outside gathering with an incredible view of Squam Lake. We can also provide you with lists of caterers, florists, ground transportation options. Combine your event with some local hikes, seasonal activities, cultural events, and/or local talents (comedian, musicians, fishing guide, yoga, boat tour, craftsman/woman).

The Cottage Place on Squam Lake offers a great gathering place for parents, students, faculty, and alumni of local schools. Our visitors are usually attending graduations, reunions, athletic, cultural and/or special events. Our fully equipped rentals (Cottages, Cottage Suites, and The Lodge) offer a location where parents and visitors can enjoy lakefront time with their children in a cozy homelike setting. We offer outside gathering areas for picnics, a great beach on Squam Lake, and an outside fire pit.
